Blast chillers

Blast chillers allow you to rapidly chill a product down to a desired temperature. This technique is often used for fresh products to maintain the highest level of flavor and quality. In some cases rapid chilling is necessary to comply with food safety regulations.

Blast freezers

Blast freezing is an important technology for preserving and processing many different products. Freezing quickly prevents products from drying out and helps food to keep the right texture. The more rapid the freezing process, the less moisture is released when thawing the product. This keeps products after freezing. Our rapid freezers are made to the highest quality standards, making them suitable for the mass production of foodstuff.

Hygiene and HACCP requirements

Requirements for processing perishable goods are getting stricter. Cooling technology has to live up to the high hygiene standards set by the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points). Regulations dictate food has to come down from 70 ºC to 3 ºC within 90 minutes for it to be considered safe. We always keep the latest regulations in mind and make sure you meet the requirements.
